Tokyo crew Dosing step into the Eastern Margins Guesthouse this weekend, with a blistering tour through Japan's contemporary rap landscape.
Dosing, comprised of Steffen Yoshiki, DOT.KAI, calumecs, GRIP KING and Elena Midori , update the infinite pool of Post-Y2K aesthetics for the whirpool of modern-day Tokyo. Their Guesthouse edition is a fantastic introduction to the Margins of Japan's rap scene.
They've also been at the frontlines of raising awareness of anti-blackness in Tokyo, helping to spread the message about the BLM protest, as well as recently launching Black Roots Japan - a live-stream web series focused on spreading information in Japan about the roots of rap music and beyond.
